Return & Exchange Policy



Thank you for shopping at SoLoner Co. We strive to provide you with high-quality streetwear products and exceptional customer service. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer the following exchange policy.


SoLoner has a no-refund policy when it comes to returns. 

Please note that SoLoner is not responsible for errors, delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. 
  1. Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility:

Exchanges are only available for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, the items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are available when a buyer receives an item or size that is different from what was ordered.


1.2 Exchange Process:

If you receive the wrong item or size from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team at solonerco@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions for returning the incorrect item and receiving the correct item.


1.3 Shipping Costs:

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect size).

2.1 Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items are non-exchangeable, including but not limited to sale items, promotional items, accessories, and undergarments. These items cannot be exchanged, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect size).


  1. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Inspection upon Delivery:

We carefully inspect each item before shipping it to ensure it is in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide you with a replacement item of the same style and size.


3.2 Return of Damaged or Defective Items:

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the item. Once we receive the item, we will promptly ship a replacement to you.
